Relational Recovery
Codependency Support
Codependency can affect many areas of our lives. Learning how to navigate healthy relationships with significant others, family members, co-workers and community is an important piece to establishing a foundation of recovery. Oftentimes, the habitual ways of relating that were prevalent during active addiction, are counterproductive to long-term recovery.
We provide clients with a foundational understanding of the nature of codependency. By identifying the patterns of codependent relationships in their lives, we support clients in practicing new ways of interacting with themselves and the world. As clients learn to understand themselves, communicate in healthy ways and establish personal boundaries, they increase self-esteem and self-confidence.
